Vampire Diaries Spoilers: Synopsis For Season 6, Episode 3: "Welcome to Paradise"

If you’ve been scratching your head wondering about where Damon and Bonnie are trapped on The Vampire Diaries, it sounds like there might be a huge development coming in Season 6, Episode 3 (“Welcome to Paradise”). What clues are we talking about? Read on to find out!The CW just released the synopsis for the October 16 episode and while it sounds like plenty is going on in Mystic Falls with Elena and the rest of the gang, it’s Damon and Bonnie’s storyline that has us intrigued. According to the episode description, the two will “stumble upon clues that lead them to believe they’re not alone.” Creepy, right?

As for what’s going on with everyone else? It sounds like Elena is going to entice Caroline to come down to the swimming hole — since when is there a swimming hole? — to meet handsome Whitmore College upperclassman Liam (guest star Marco James). That being said, it sounds like Jeremy is going to uncover some bad news about the anti-magic spell that could endanger his big sister!

“In an attempt to bring some fun back into their lives, Elena persuades Caroline to meet her at the swimming hole where she plans to introduce her to Liam. Tyler (Michael Trevino), still working on controlling his anger issues, asks Liv (guest star Penelope Mitchell) for a favor and is surprised when she makes an unexpected confession. Stefan (Paul Wesley) arrives back in Mystic Falls looking for Enzo (Michael Malarkey) and is caught off guard when he notices a strange change in Elena. Meanwhile, at the lake, Enzo’s actions cause Matt (Zach Roerig) to make a startling revelation, and Jeremy makes a discovery about the anti-magic spell that could potentially put Elena’s life in danger. Elsewhere, Damon and Bonnie stumble upon clues that lead them to believe they’re not alone.”

The Vampire Diaries Season 6 premieres Thursday, October 2, at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
