Bonnie Looks Worried in Episode 20

A villainous force is building on Vampire Diaries, and it’s only a matter of time before it strikes. Perhaps that’s why Bonnie Bennett (Kat Graham) looks so worried in this behind-the-scenes snapshot from Season 5, Episode 20?

“#LiveFromMysticFalls: Behind-the-scenes with the luminous @KatGraham. #TVD 5x20 #DirectorPride,” director Joshua Butler tweeted, along with a photo of Kat as Bonnie. And, yes, she does look luminous — but she also looks worried. And we would be, too. Word on the street is that the Travelers are about to make their agenda known, and that it will not be good news for our fang gang.

We have a feelings things are going to start looking down for our girl Bonnie even sooner than the other, though, given that trouble is apparently brewing in the supernatural purgatory for which Bonnie serves as an anchor. Something tells us that she might be more sensitive to the Other Side’s goings on than her friends who have both feet planted on their mortal plane of existence. Does Bonnie’s worried face have something to do with the Other Side? The Travelers? Both? We know that it was a Traveler witch, Tessa, who originally created the Other Side, so it makes sense that these two developments would be connected. We just hope Bonnie figures out what’s going on before it’s too late…

Or maybe she’s just worried the newbie witch Liv is trying to steal her boyfriend. Which is totally a valid concern.
