Co-stars and lovers Phoebe Tonkin and Paul Wesley cuddle up together in rare couple snap 

They like to keep a low profile as a couple.
But Phoebe Tonkin and Paul Wesley are stronger than ever, with the 24-year-old Australian actress posting a cute snap of the pair to her Instagram account on Sunday.
The duo are spending quality time abroad in London after Phoebe's whirlwind schedule has taken her to New York, Paris and Atlanta in the past few weeks.

 Paul appears to have been recently holidaying in Europe, posting several touristy pictures to his Instagram account whilst in Italy.

Meanwhile Phoebe, who had just returned from a brief trip to Paris, said on Friday she'd be jetting to London on Saturday.The last time the couple were seen together was in an Instagram post by Paul in the middle of May when the two were in New York for a CW Network event.
'Stalker behind me. Help,' he joked in the caption of a photo of Phoebe riding a bike behind him.
The couple met each other on the set of The Vampire Diaries upon the Australian actress' debut on the show in late 2012, but only began dating around September of last year.
While Paul is still a staple of Diaries, Phoebe has since moved onto it's spinoff show The Originals, which is set to launch it's second season in the coming months.
Before her US breakthrough on the popular CW shows, the brunette beauty first found fame in Australia playing a mermaid on the series H20: Just Add Water.
