‘The Vampire Diaries’ Paul Wesley Talks Stripping In Season 6: Stefan Loses Powers?

 Following the mind (and Mystic Grill) blowing finale of The Vampire Diaries, many fans were wondering what state the characters would return to life in.Recently the show’s executive producer Julie Plec recently opened to TV Guide about what conditions you can find your favorite Mystic Falls residents in for Season 6:“Because Tyler had all those elements stripped away from him within the boundaries of Mystic Falls by Markos, he is back to his root self, which is a latent supernatural being, a human with a werewolf gene. He was reborn from the Other Side in that state. Everybody else came back to the way they died so the vampires are just a vampire.”

Paul Wesley seems to think that everyone on the show should lose their powers. The Stefan actor recently opened up to Entertainment Weekly about
“I really think in season 6 they should just take away all the powers on the show--no vampires, no witches--they should all be gone and everyone should go back to being normal, and then we’ll see what happens. I think Stefan would do great, he would do wonderfully, but Damon would be a disaster.”
