Nina Dobrev looked ultra-competitive in her ripped jersey while competing in DIRECTV's 8th annual Celebrity Beach Bowl at Manhattan's Pier 40 Saturday.

The 25-year-old starlet - rocking a high ponytail - was ready to rumble at the star-studded flag football game on the world's largest indoor beach.

But despite her valiant efforts, the blue team was triumphant including Thor: The Dark World star Zachary Levi, who scored a touchdown.

The Roommate actress can currently be seen as Elena Gilbert/Katherine Pierce on the fifth season of The Vampire Diaries airing Thursday nights on The CW.

Nina will also star in the action-comedy Let's Be Cops - due out August 14 - about two friends (Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans Jr.) who pretend to be police officers.
